To facilitate this, Novacroft has a dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator, working under the guidance of the Human Resources department, and supported by a number of appropriately trained team members. The training team is focused on the successful deployment of training activities to team members and to external project participants. Activities range from internal workshops and induction training to external training for client stakeholders, offered on a Train-the-Trainer basis either face-to-face or through online conferencing or webinar events.
Novacroft maintains close associations with respected training providers, including the University of Northampton, Sunley Management Centre and the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, in order to maintain quality in training delivery and methodology.
