Novacroft’s financial management team has grown with the business, from account functions being originally outsourced to being brought in-house in 2002, and now offering a wide range of support and advice to Novacroft and to external client stakeholders alike.
Novacroft’s financial team is responsible for covering all aspects of financial management, with the Financial Controller taking a core role in the Novacroft management team and determining the strategic financial outlook for the business.
Qualifications illustrating the competency of the team include an honours degree in Accountancy & Management Control, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy (CIMA) qualification, and corresponding full membership of ACCA and CIMA.
Experience also speaks volumes – members of the financial management team have worked in both public and private sector organisations, and so come to Novacroft bearing a wide knowledge in the working practices of the full spectrum of Novacroft clients and suppliers. An extensive knowledge of core business financial systems is also part of the financial management team portfolio, as is financial audit practices and training provision and deployment.
