The Human Resources (HR) department at Novacroft is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and selection of all team members, ensuring the company is compliant with employment legislation, developing the performance management culture and processes within Novacroft and making certain that all team members are fully equipped with the tools, skills, knowledge, support and advice to perform their roles exceptionally.
Responsibility for resourcing, development and reward of the Novacroft team is managed between the entire HR department, in association with training.
All HR strategy, design and implementation is overseen by the HR Manager, who also holds responsibility for HR budgeting and is a core member of Novacroft’s management team. Novacroft’s HR Manager is well-equipped for the role - key achievements in previous roles have included bringing the % level of staff absence down 14% to 6% and improving team productivity from 75% to 95%, both within a 12 week period.
Academic achievements of the HR department include a first class BA (Hons) degree, and chartered membership of the CIPD. Novacroft’s HR Manager is also licensed to carry out Level A & B Psychometric Testing.
