It is the role of Novacroft’s project managers to ensure that all new projects are successfully executed on time and to budget. Project managers also become engaged in the planning of the next phases of ongoing projects, using the experience gained on earlier phases to streamline and improve future operations and working with business development to develop innovative solutions to ongoing client requirements.

Novacroft’s account managers are the key day-to-day points of contact for project stakeholders, and continuously monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage the supply chain of key accounts, in order to maintain efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

Novacroft’s project and account management teams, working closely with development and overseen by the programme manager, have extensive experience of working with and influencing multi-national organisations and government departments, from working on EU and government funded projects to assisting SMEs with technology transfer, and guiding all organisations from design and planning through to systems programming, scheme implementation and ongoing management. Project and account managers will work closely together to ensure smooth handover of a project from implementation to ongoing management.

A number of team members are qualified to degree level, supplementing this with PRINCE2 practitioner status and Association of Project Managers (APM) certifications. Team members have numerous business management qualifications, to ensure the safeguarding of client interests and guarantee knowledgeable ongoing support.

Assistance to project and account managers is provided by PRINCE2 foundation qualified project support administrators and project technical administrators, proficient in the development of your project and able to assist in the absence of your key account contact.
