Novacroft’s marketing team has much experience in the design, implementation and analysis of the promotion of our clients’ projects. Novacroft’s own capabilities cover direct marketing, advertising, newspaper and magazine editorials, leaflet design, targeting and distribution, cinema, radio and website advertising, events organisation and management et al.
Team members are educated to degree level and trained in copywriting, marketing strategy, demographic market profiling, and key graphic design programmes in order to maintain company branding and fresh appeal through all media for both Novacroft and our clients. We work closely with award-winning design agencies and have close contacts in key industry fields and with client marketing, PR and press departments.
Novacroft’s marketing department is the mouthpiece for issues occurring that may need fielding and commenting upon in the public domain, and through the marketing department, regular competitor analysis and client satisfaction exercises are undertaken, as is implementation planning and marketing and public relations strategy. Marketing personnel work closely with business development to tender for business and keep abreast of market developments and opportunities, and with quality to ensure business excellence principles show through in all areas of the organisation.
