Quality Management is of paramount importance to Novacroft and is a fundamental building block for the current operation and future development of our Company.
Novacroft holds BSI EN ISO 9001 accreditation – an endorsement which is synonymous with good business practice and encourages Novacroft to take a proactive approach to quality in terms of service to our customers.
Novacroft employs a quality manager to lead working practices in accordance with the ISO standards. Novacroft’s quality manger holds professional membership with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA), and professional qualifications including ISO Series Auditor/Lead Auditor Training with Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, and Role of the Quality Manager, Quality Tools and Techniques, Implementing ISO 9001 and Internal Quality System Audits courses with the Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA).
A team of Novacroft personnel is trained in auditing to the complexities of the ISO standard, and form a Business Excellence Team to ensure ongoing compliance. Regular quality system audits are conducted to ensure that our working practice is as documented and complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001. Management Reviews are held twice annually to ensure that the system continues to be suitable, appropriate and effective.
The abilities of the quality team at Novacroft extend to health and safety issues, having completed various courses at the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, and further courses on fire awareness and security management. Novacroft’s quality manager is also a qualified workstation assessor, and employs this knowledge to ensure a comfortable immediate working environment for all team members.
