Novacroft’s project development team designs and directs the development and implementation of Novacroft’s ground breaking and innovative software solutions that are customised to meet the individual requirements of clients, within our InNovator© data management system.

The development team employed at Novacroft has designed and implemented a wide range of computer solutions for government organisations and major enterprises, using all modern languages and technologies – including MySQL, .NET, PHP, HTML, Apache, Tomcat, Apache Tomcat, Java, JavaScript, Oracle, MS SQL, Delphi and JSP.

Team members boast qualifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification and also hold ISEB software testing accreditation, to facilitate comprehensive end-to-end in-house and user acceptance testing with fully documented test results, and are supported by a systems administration team for live-environment issue handling.

Research and development is key to the success of this department, and innovation is a prime focus. The efforts of this team have facilitated ground-breaking industry developments, including the introduction of the first online application facility in the transport industry offering same day smart card processing.
