Founded in July 1998, Novacroft set out to break away from traditional practices of employing people to work for a company, instead recognising that the company name is a name for a group of people. The aim is to recognise the value of individuals, support them along their life journey, offer them an opportunity to grow and shape Novacroft’s future, to understand that barriers are man made, that if we believe we can, we can and that the sum is greater than the individual parts. We continually improve our services through investment in people and innovation.
