Novacroft offers an inspirational, friendly ethos.  We support our team members in any way possible through challenging and difficult times in any area of their lives, including career and personal development.  We actively invest in the tools and skills required for team members to achieve this development and encourage them to participate in shaping the future of the company and, correspondingly, their own destiny.

We wanted to extend this support to other members of society and feel that supporting a charity offers us a valuable opportunity to do just this.

Novacroft operates an active charity committee, with the team members belonging to this committee driving forward events and activities to assist the local community.

During 2010, Novacroft team members have voted to support The Lowdown, based in Northampton (registered charity number 801886), as their Charity of the Year.  The Novacroft team will be working throughout the year to raise funds for this charity.
