What you’ll do

In our inbound Contact Centre you will be part of an award-winning team dedicated to providing an outstanding service to public transport passengers calling you with their inquiries and issues.

You will:

  • Answer calls in a timely, knowledgeable and friendly way
  • Process customers queries utilising your excellent listening and questioning skills
  • Work with your team to achieve targets
  • Assist with data entry and email correspondence
  • Be part of a uniquely people-focused business and a supportive, sociable team.

Who we’re looking for

If you like the idea of working in a fun, fast-moving business and can say yes to these six points, then we’re looking for you!

  • Experience within a contact centre or customer service environment
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • The ability to work flexible shifts on a full or part time basis between 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Sunday
  • An organised way of working and great attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and written skills
  • Typing skills and IT literacy (Microsoft Excel and the internet).
