£6m investment in 26,000 sq ft offices supports ambitious growth and innovation plans
Novacroft’s move into new headquarters at The Lakes in Northampton comes after a remarkable 12 months in which it has launched four new brands including its innovative Ucan-do-it social action reward and recognition programme and grown its workforce by 30%.
The Lakeside site, the group’s third in Northamptonshire, will accommodate 200 existing and new team members from core functions including software development, smartcard personalisation and customer care.
Designed to encourage collaboration and innovation and promote Novacroft’s values, which include having fun and making things happen, the offices are colourful and open plan and include brainstorming breakout areas and digital displays providing real-time performance data.
The move to Lakeside House is a key element of Novacroft’s aggressive three year growth strategy which will involve further investment in recruitment, acquisition and innovation.
At a time when over 65% of UK SMEs are having difficulty recruiting sufficiently skilled people, Novacroft believes that providing an engaging working environment in an attractive setting will help it continue to recruit and retain the team talent it needs.
